- Act as the primary point of contact for small businesses seeking to do business with Teledyne Technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses and identify potential opportunities for partnership
- Promote small business participation in Teledyne's contracts and subcontracts
- Educate and advise Teledyne employees on small business programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to small business participation in contracts and subcontracts
- Monitor and track small business utilization and report on progress to management
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential barriers to small business participation
- Provide guidance and support to small businesses throughout the contracting process
- Facilitate meetings and events to promote networking and partnerships between Teledyne and small businesses
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in small business regulations and share relevant information with the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Small Business Development Or Liaison Role.
Strong Understanding Of Government Contracting Processes And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Small Businesses.
Knowledge Of Small Business Certifications And Programs, Such As The Small Business Administration's 8(A) Program And Hubzone Program.
