- Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet company goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and scientists to push the boundaries of innovation in semiconductor technology.
- Conduct research and experiments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing processes to ensure optimal production.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology to incorporate into processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process development and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of projects.
- Identify and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to evaluate and select appropriate tools for process development.
- Participate in process improvement projects and provide technical expertise to support company goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of semiconductor industry regulations and standards.
- Continuously monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Process Integration, Device Physics, And Process Development.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso And Semi.
Excellent Problem-Solving, Communication, And Team Collaboration Skills.
