  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Manage and supervise the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and selecting suppliers.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
  4. Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential supply chain issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  6. Evaluate and improve supply chain processes, including forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  8. Monitor market trends and developments in supply chain management to identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain supply chain metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Train and mentor supply chain team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on supply chain performance and issues.
  13. Develop and manage the supply chain budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements to implement in supply chain processes.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Experience In Implementing And Optimizing Supply Chain Strategies To Improve Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
