  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the assigned region.
  2. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing the existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  9. Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales goals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Travel within the region to meet with clients, attend meetings, and conduct sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A B2B Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of The Industry And Market Trends, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies.
