Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Quality Control Standards: A Quality Inspector Technician At Teledyne Technologies Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Standards, Including Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Experience With Inspection Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With A Variety Of Inspection Equipment, Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Coordinate Measuring Machines (Cmms).

  • Attention To Detail: As A Quality Inspector Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Accuracy And Precision Of Product Inspections. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Observational Skills And Be Able To Identify Even The Smallest Defects.

  • Ability To Read Technical Drawings: A Good Understanding Of Technical Drawings And Blueprints Is Essential For A Quality Inspector Technician. This Includes Knowledge Of Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T) And Ability To Interpret Complex Engineering Drawings.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Quality Inspector Technicians Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Troubleshoot Any Quality Issues That May Arise During The Inspection Process. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Necessary To Ensure The Quality And Integrity Of Products.
