  1. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  2. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain consistent quality standards
  3. Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
  6. Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  11. Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and productive work environment
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
  13. Continuously monitor production processes and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  14. Follow all company regulations and guidelines for waste disposal and environmental safety
  15. Assist in other tasks and projects as needed to support overall production goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Field.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
