
Production Technician (Weekend Shift)

- Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and productive work environment
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Continuously monitor production processes and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Follow all company regulations and guidelines for waste disposal and environmental safety
- Assist in other tasks and projects as needed to support overall production goals.
Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Field.
Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Maintain Production Equipment.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
Availability To Work Weekend Shifts And Potentially Overtime, With A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Production Needs.
