Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for seeking out solutions to complex technical problems and possess the technical expertise and customer service skills to help ensure a positive customer experience.The Product Support Engineer will be a vital part of our team and responsible for providing technical support to customers across a variety of products and services. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a passion for problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and a strong technical background in IT systems and software.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service role• Knowledge of various IT systems and software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities• Ability to work independently and in a team setting• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
