1. Lead and manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) team to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
2. Develop and implement NPI strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective product development and launch.
3. Identify and prioritize project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain, to drive the NPI process and achieve project goals.
5. Utilize strong technical knowledge and expertise to provide guidance and support to the NPI team and address any technical challenges that arise.
6. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or quality.
7. Ensure all NPI activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
8. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
9. Communicate regularly with senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement if needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in NPI processes and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's NPI strategy.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
12. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
13. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects within allocated time and cost constraints.
14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
