  1. Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in MEMS technology, including but not limited to deposition, etching, and lithography tools.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and implement new processes and techniques for MEMS device fabrication.
  4. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
  5. Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and performance, and provide regular updates to management.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and operating equipment.
  7. Continuously monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed.
  8. Train and mentor new technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and technological developments in MEMS technology.
  10. Work closely with suppliers to order necessary equipment parts and supplies.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure equipment and materials are easily accessible.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  13. Actively participate in problem-solving activities and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Mems (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) Equipment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes And Cleanroom Protocols.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Equipment, Including Experience With Vacuum Systems And High-Precision Instruments.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Safety Regulations Related To Mems Equipment Operation.
