  1. Design and develop new products from concept to production, utilizing mechanical engineering principles and techniques.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introduction, including product design, manufacturing, and quality control.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential design improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Lead and participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.
  6. Utilize project management skills to coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  7. Conduct testing and validation of new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues related to new product development.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize product designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering, and apply them to new product development processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In New Product Introduction (Npi) Within The Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Product Design And Development Processes.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical, And Communication Skills.
