- Ensure compliance with all trade regulations: The Licensing Manager, Trade Compliance will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all applicable laws and regulations related to international trade activities and ensuring that the company is in full compliance.
- Manage licensing activities: This role will involve overseeing the process of obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses for international trade activities. The Licensing Manager will also be responsible for managing any renewals or amendments to existing licenses.
- Conduct risk assessments: The Licensing Manager will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and implement compliance policies: This role will require the development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company is meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Train and educate employees: The Licensing Manager will be responsible for educating and training employees on trade compliance regulations and policies to ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
- Monitor and audit trade activities: This role will involve monitoring and auditing trade activities to ensure that all transactions are in compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

- Stay current on industry developments: The Licensing Manager will be responsible for staying current on industry developments and changes in trade compliance regulations to ensure that the company remains in compliance at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Trade, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Export Control, Or Licensing Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Export Regulations, Including Itar And Ear.
Strong Understanding Of Import/Export Laws And Regulations In Other Countries, Particularly In Regions Where Teledyne Operates.
Experience In Managing And Overseeing License Applications, Compliance Audits, And Record Keeping For Multinational Companies.
