  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and promote customer loyalty.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales within key accounts.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new customers and opportunities for expansion.
  5. Utilize technical expertise to support the sales process by providing product demonstrations, conducting presentations, and addressing technical questions from customers.
  6. Work closely with the product development team to gain an in-depth understanding of our technology and its applications, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  8. Develop and implement sales plans, including setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting on results.
  9. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  11. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote our products, and identify potential business opportunities.
  12. Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure a high level of technical knowledge and sales skills within the organization.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, always striving to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Engineering Or Physics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Key Account Management For Technical Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers.
