- Manage and maintain the company's global payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures in compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and changes are reflected in the payroll system.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations in all countries where the company operates and make necessary updates to payroll processes as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on payroll data and trends.
- Provide training and support to HR and finance teams on payroll processes and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Continuously improve and streamline payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks related to payroll systems and processes as assigned by management.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, maintaining a strong customer service focus at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Payroll Administration, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations In Various Countries And The Ability To Ensure Compliance.
Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Global Payroll Systems, Such As Adp, Workday, Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With External Vendors.
