  1. Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components to build high-quality products according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  3. Use hand and power tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to assemble components with precision and efficiency.
  4. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in the production process.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns with components or assembly process to supervisors.
  7. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.
  8. Cross-train on various assembly processes to support production needs.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the assembly process.
  11. Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects and meet production goals.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and advances in electronic and electro-mechanical assembly methods.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Electronic Assembly: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Assembling Electronic Components And Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Soldering, Cable Harnessing, And Pcb Assembly.

  • Familiarity With Electro-Mechanical Systems: Teledyne Technologies Specializes In Developing And Manufacturing High-Tech Electro-Mechanical Systems. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Mechanical Components Such As Motors, Gears, And Sensors, And Their Integration With Electronic Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Electronic And Electro-Mechanical Assembly. This Includes Ipc-A-610 For Electronic Assembly And Ipc-A-620 For Cable And Wire Harnessing.

  • Ability To Read Technical Drawings And Schematics: As An Electronics/Electro-Mech Assembler, The Candidate Will Be Required To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics To Assemble Complex Systems. Therefore, Proficiency In Reading And Understanding Technical Documents Is A Must.

  • Attention To Detail: Teledyne Technologies Is Known For Its High-Quality Products, And The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Components Are Assembled Accurately And To The Required Specifications. This Includes Identifying And Reporting Any Quality Issues During The Assembly Process.
