- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components to build high-quality products according to company standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Use hand and power tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to assemble components with precision and efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in the production process.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with components or assembly process to supervisors.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Cross-train on various assembly processes to support production needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the assembly process.

Experience In Electronic Assembly: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Assembling Electronic Components And Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Soldering, Cable Harnessing, And Pcb Assembly.
Familiarity With Electro-Mechanical Systems: Teledyne Technologies Specializes In Developing And Manufacturing High-Tech Electro-Mechanical Systems. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Mechanical Components Such As Motors, Gears, And Sensors, And Their Integration With Electronic Systems.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Electronic And Electro-Mechanical Assembly. This Includes Ipc-A-610 For Electronic Assembly And Ipc-A-620 For Cable And Wire Harnessing.
Ability To Read Technical Drawings And Schematics: As An Electronics/Electro-Mech Assembler, The Candidate Will Be Required To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics To Assemble Complex Systems. Therefore, Proficiency In Reading And Understanding Technical Documents Is A Must.
