Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hardware And Software Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Diagnostic Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Customers.
