
Benefits Manager
Manage/Administer the Pension Plan including assisting with annual audit/Form 5500 activities and Non-Discrimination Testing, assisting with the administration of the Turbine Engines retirees, reviewing monthly reports, troubleshooting issues, and acting as liaison between Willis Towers Watson and local HRs. Actively coordinate the US annual Open Enrollment process, involved in all phases of renewal discussions, benefits communication plan, conducting employee meetings, etc. Traveling may be required. Manage/Administer the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan including reviewing/distributing pertinent plan documents, troubleshooting issues and acting as liaison between Prudential and local HRs. Manages/Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Restricted Stock Unit Plan, including overseeing the monthly stock purchase, process restricted stock unit release, troubleshooting issues and acting as liaison between Fidelity and local HRs. Assist in processing QDROs including administrative tasks pertaining to the 401(k) Plan, troubleshooting issues and acting as liaison between Willis Towers Watson and local HRs.
10-15 years of directly related experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze and interpret various business documents, technical procedures and government regulations.
