- Process and review all invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expense reports according to company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or questions related to invoices.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Proficiency In Accounting Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Accounting Software Such As Quickbooks Or Oracle, And Be Able To Efficiently Manage And Process Invoices And Payments.
Attention To Detail: As An Accounts Payable Clerk, Accuracy Is Essential In Order To Ensure That Payments Are Made Correctly And On Time. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Discrepancies In Invoices Or Payment Records.
