Responsible for developing a culture of change as a core competency for business performance. Design a clear client engagement approach for global change management experiences. Design, own and execute strategic change that positively impacts organizational imperatives. Ensure the proper coordination and prioritization between change initiatives, communications, etc. to foster clarity, partnership, and excellence across the change management practice. Partner closely with management and Human Resources to assess change management needs and/or requirements for high priority change initiatives. Create, manage, and deploy a change management community of practice (practitioner model) to strategically build change management capability and capacity across the enterprise. Provide change management coaching, expertise, guidance, feedback and support. Partner with key stakeholders on project design, prioritization, change, and benefits realization Oversee the governance of change management contracts, processes, procedures, and practices. Collaborate effectively across a global environment to advance strategic and operational priorities.
