Job Description

Take full responsibility for the overall success of client and partner onboarding. Client and Partner agreement negotiation and closure. Define and own the entire corporate onboarding lifecycle - implement best practices, map onboarding journey. Define, and manage all operational metrics for the organization from high level KPIs to individual team SLAs to ensure an efficient, successful onboarding process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with client and partner C-level executives and operational managers to ensure the relationship foundation is built on success. Drive development, creation, implementation, training, and measurement of partner facing programs and tools across all internal stakeholders for use with DLT clients. Create and drive ongoing ownership of DLT website content for partners. Develop and lead Partner communications and newsletters.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience required

  • Strong program or project management skills, able to drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Demonstrated track record of success across referenceable examples of complex business or organizational challenges

  • Strong business acumen and experience building business cases and substantiation
