  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Takeda's products and services to design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to gather requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI designs.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve the user experience.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  5. Use industry best practices and design trends to create visually appealing and modern user interfaces.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  7. Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
  8. Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that all design decisions are based on user needs and behaviors.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and ensure a cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  10. Communicate design decisions and solutions effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
  11. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  12. Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality design solutions within tight timelines.
  13. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
  14. Represent Takeda's values and mission through the creation of user-centered and impactful digital experiences.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize the user experience and provide innovative solutions to enhance Takeda's digital presence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Design-Related Field Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In User Experience And User Interface Design.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience Conducting User Research.

  • Experience Designing For Multiple Platforms, Including Mobile And Web, And Ability To Create Responsive Designs.
