- Develop and design innovative, user-centered digital experiences for Takeda Pharmaceutical's global brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs in order to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to research, ideate, and prototype new features and enhancements for our digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design standards.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and receive feedback for iterative design.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on design principles and best practices.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create cohesive and impactful designs for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing digital platforms.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Takeda Pharmaceutical by creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs that align with our brand values.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise with team members.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ui/Ux Design, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Design Skills, Including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And Visual Design.
Proficient In Industry-Standard Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Figma.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Design Concepts And Rationale To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
