Sr. Product Owner

T. Rowe Price is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and help us continue to build great products. This role requires a strong strategic and operational mindset, the ability to collaborate across teams, and an enthusiasm for driving results. The Senior Product Owner will be responsible for developing, managing, and launching new products as well as optimizing existing products and features. As a key member of the product team, this individual will work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.Required qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role• Proven track record of launching successful products and features• Ability to understand customer needs and design user experience flows• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Demonstrated experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively • Working knowledge of product development lifecycles and software development processes
