This individual should have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate should possess at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. They should have a working knowledge of the financial services industry, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.
