Sr. IT Audit Manager

At T. Rowe Price, we are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in IT Audit and risk assessment. They should be able to develop and execute effective audit strategies, manage the development of audit plans, and review IT operations and systems. In addition to the technical skills required of this role, we are looking for a leader with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of IT audit experience. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIA are preferred. You must also have a strong understanding of IT control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO, etc.) and industry regulations (Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.). Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective IT Audit strategies and plans • Manage and review IT operations and systems • Analyze risk and assess potential areas of vulnerability • Monitor and report on audit progress • Draft IT audit reports and present results to stakeholders • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry regulations and IT control frameworks • Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Assist with the development and implementation of IT security standards and best practices
