- Conduct thorough analysis of insurance policies and coverage options to ensure adequate protection for the firm and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and review insurance claims and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to inform and improve risk management strategies.
- Advise and educate internal stakeholders on insurance policies, coverage, and risk management practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on insurance analysis and risk management to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular assessments of current insurance policies and make recommendations for necessary updates or changes.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects relating to risk management and insurance.
- Train and mentor junior insurance analysts on best practices and company policies.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Within The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Analyzing And Assessing Risk Exposures.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Regulations, Including Knowledge Of Underwriting, Claims, And Policy Management.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies To Mitigate Potential Losses And Improve Overall Risk Profile.
Excellent Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate Complex Data And Identify Key Risk Factors.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Risk Findings To Senior Management.
