- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to extract, validate, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis and business strategy.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Projects, Including Stakeholder Management And Project Planning.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
