Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the ServiceNow ERM team here at T. Rowe Price. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our ServiceNow ERM environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with ServiceNow ERM. You must have a passion for technology and a drive to learn and stay current on new software engineering trends. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for software engineering, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the ServiceNow ERM environment.
  2. Stay current on new software engineering trends.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
  4. Work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Design, implement, and maintain software solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  7. Perform code reviews and provide feedback.
  8. Monitor system performance and stability.
  9. Ensure software meets quality standards.
  10. Develop and document software processes and procedures.
