Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Sales Specialist At T. Rowe Price Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Financial Products, Including Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Retirement Plans. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Senior Sales Specialist, The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Comfortable Presenting To Large Groups.
