  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales data strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of sales data analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions and improve sales performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  4. Identify and implement new data sources and tools to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales data and regularly report on results to senior leadership.
  6. Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales data strategy and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to ensure the company remains competitive.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analysis and strategy development.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  11. Communicate with external vendors and partners to gather and analyze data for business insights.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the sales data strategy and share best practices.
  13. Identify and solve complex problems related to data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Manage budget and resources for the Sales Data Strategy team.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Data Analysis, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing Data-Driven Strategies To Improve Sales Performance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Of Data Analysts And Drive The Implementation Of Data Strategies Across The Sales Organization. Previous Experience In Managing And Developing Teams Is Essential.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales Data Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Sales Data Tools And Technologies Such As Crm Systems, Data Visualization Tools, And Data Warehouses. Experience With Salesforce, Tableau, And Sql Is Preferred.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities To Leverage Data And Drive Sales Growth. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Data Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Will Require Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And It. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Communicate Data Insights And Collaborate With Team Members To Drive Results.
