- Develop and implement strategies for identity access management to ensure the security and efficiency of our infrastructure systems.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of our infrastructure operations, identifying and resolving any issues or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain access control policies and procedures.
- Manage user access requests and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to identify and address potential security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity access management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Actively participate in incident response and recovery efforts related to identity access management.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior members of the infrastructure operations team.
- Continuously seek out innovative solutions to improve our infrastructure operations and processes.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of identity access management processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure systems.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices and industry standards for identity access management.
- Contribute to the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Identity And Access Management Systems, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Security Principles And Industry Best Practices: The Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Security Principles And Industry Best Practices Related To Identity And Access Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Authentication, Authorization, And Privileged Access Management.
Proficient In Iam Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Iam Tools And Technologies Such As Active Directory, Ldap, Sso, Mfa, And Rbac. Experience With Iam Systems Like Sailpoint Or Okta Is A Plus.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Issues Related To Iam Systems. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Security, Application Development, And Infrastructure Teams.
