  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Monitor and review regulatory changes and updates to ensure the firm remains in compliance with all applicable requirements.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
  5. Train employees on compliance policies and procedures and provide ongoing education to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.
  6. Investigate and address any potential violations of compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and senior management on compliance program effectiveness and any identified issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the compliance program.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  10. Foster a strong ethical culture within the organization by promoting and enforcing ethical standards and values.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including regulators, to represent the organization's compliance efforts.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior compliance team members as needed.
  13. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work with the team to mitigate them before they become issues.
  14. Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
  15. Continuously evaluate and update the compliance program to keep pace with changing regulations and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Sec, Finra, And Other Regulatory Bodies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Senior Management.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Or Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe) Are Preferred.
