- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating and providing exceptional service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand and effectively communicate T. Rowe Price's investment products and services to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide additional value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the investment landscape to better serve clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support in their financial decisions.
- Manage client retention efforts and work towards achieving high client satisfaction rates.
- Utilize data and analytics to track client engagement and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and promoting a positive team culture.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree Or Cfa Designation Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining High-Value Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Rapport And Trust With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
