Senior Application Production Support Analyst

As a key member of the Production Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization and its customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong customer service and technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in a production support role. You should also have experience in developing and/or supporting applications in an enterprise environment, and knowledge of software development lifecycle and related tools. 9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology.
10. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for production support.
