  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to promote the T. Rowe Price brand and drive sales.
  2. Actively seek out and engage with new leads and prospects to expand the client base and grow the business.
  3. Utilize knowledge of investment products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients on their retirement savings options.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to educate clients and prospects on T. Rowe Price products and services.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make recommendations for business growth.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  9. Stay current on industry and regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for T. Rowe Price and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  11. Continuously enhance knowledge of T. Rowe Price products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to provide valuable insights and feedback from client interactions.
  13. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the Workplace Investors team.
  14. Embody T. Rowe Price's values of integrity, accountability, and client focus in all interactions and decisions.
