  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
  3. Educate clients on T. Rowe Price's investment products, services, and solutions.
  4. Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients, answering questions and providing guidance on financial matters.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell T. Rowe Price's investment products.
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  7. Actively listen to client needs and tailor sales pitches to meet their specific financial goals.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing client applications and maintaining accurate client records.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to expand client base and increase sales.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of T. Rowe Price's policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  14. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry developments.
  15. Represent T. Rowe Price in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Investment Strategies: A Sales Associate Personal Investors At T. Rowe Price Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Products, Including Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, And Annuities. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Investment Strategies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate These To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales Associate Personal Investors, The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients Is Crucial. This Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, As Well As The Ability To Listen To Clients' Needs And Concerns.

  • Proven Track Record Of Sales Success: T. Rowe Price Seeks Sales Associates With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Demonstrates An Ability To Effectively Sell Financial Products And Services And Build A Strong Client Base.

  • Series 7 And 63 Licenses: To Be Eligible For A Sales Associate Personal Investors Role At T. Rowe Price, Candidates Must Have A Valid Series 7 And 63 Licenses. These Licenses Allow Individuals To Sell Securities And Conduct Securities Transactions With Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: Most Sales Associate Personal Investors At T. Rowe Price Have A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. This Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Financial Principles And Prepares Individuals For A Career In The Investment Industry.
