- Oversee the administration and management of retirement plans for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to retirement plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand their retirement goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze retirement plan performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient plan administration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to retirement planning.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to retirement plan administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex retirement plan data and make strategic recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate retirement plan performance and updates to clients and management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve retirement plan processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive client information.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retirement Plan Administration Or Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Erisa Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Prior Experience In Developing And Implementing Retirement Plan Strategies And Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Clients And Internal Teams.
