
Required Learning Strategist
At T. Rowe Price, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Learning Strategist to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and have a strong understanding of the latest trends in adult learning and development. The Learning Strategist will be responsible for creating innovative strategies and programs that drive meaningful learning experiences for our associates and clients.In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in learning and development. The candidate should also have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clients, and external vendors. The ideal candidate should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating learning experiences that help our associates and clients to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Design innovative learning strategies and programs that create meaningful learning experiences for associates and clients.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning strategies and programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Develop and implement training materials and activities for associates and clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful learning initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to highlight the results of learning initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in adult learning and development.
- Manage projects and initiatives related to learning and development.
- Monitor and review budgets for learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure that learning and development initiatives are compliant with company policies and procedures.
