
Regional Sales Consultant - Retirement Plans

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors, promoting our retirement products and services, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. - Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and plan sponsors in the assigned territory.
- Promote T. Rowe Price's retirement products and services to potential clients.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on retirement planning and investment solutions, providing guidance and education to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Represent T. Rowe Price at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the retirement planning and investment industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retirement Plans Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Retirement Plans And Investment Products, Including 401(K) Plans, Iras, And Annuities
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Financial Information To Clients And Prospects.
