  1. Lead the design and implementation of automated solutions for network systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  4. Continuously evaluate and optimize existing infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and security.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation and network systems, incorporating them into the infrastructure strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for network systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  9. Implement and adhere to best practices, standards, and policies related to infrastructure and automation.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Lead and participate in infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to compliance and security regulations.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for infrastructure issues outside of regular business hours.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Infrastructure Engineering: The Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Automation And Network Systems Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Infrastructure Engineering Principles And Best Practices. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Network Systems.

  • Proficiency In Automation Tools And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Automation And Should Be Well-Versed In Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, And Chef. They Should Also Have Experience In Scripting Languages Like Python, Bash, Or Powershell.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Systems: The Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Automation And Network Systems Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Network Protocols, Routing, And Switching. They Should Also Be Familiar With Virtualization Technologies And Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead Engineer, This Role Will Involve Identifying And Troubleshooting Complex Infrastructure Issues. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Find Efficient Solutions.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Automation And Network Systems Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Managing Projects. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
