Lead Analyst, Investment Performance & Analysis

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Lead Analyst to join T. Rowe Price’s Investment Performance & Analysis team. This individual will be a key contributor to our team’s success, as they will be responsible for leading the analysis and reporting of performance and attribution results. 1. Lead the analysis and reporting of performance and attribution results for the Investment Performance & Analysis team.
2. Leverage financial and statistical software packages, such as Microsoft Excel, to review and analyze data.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide guidance and support to team members in understanding financial models and analysis.
5. Generate reports and presentations for senior management.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve the team’s processes and workflow.
7. Recognize and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
8. Monitor industry trends and analyze data to form conclusions and make recommendations.
9. Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication within the team.
10. Assess and evaluate risk associated with investment decisions.
