Job Description

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Lead AEM Engineer to join our Digital Experiences team. Our ideal candidate has the technical and leadership skills to serve as an expert in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and guide the development of our digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with AEM and related technologies, as well as an in-depth understanding of software engineering best practices. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who is passionate about creating seamless customer experiences and driven to stay ahead of the curve on innovation. The Lead AEM Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the AEM platform, and will be a key member of our Digital Experiences team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of industry experts and make a real impact on the future of digital experiences.

Responsibilities of the Lead AEM Engineer:

  • Serve as an expert on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and guide the development of digital experiences
  • Develop and maintain the AEM platform
  • Integrate AEM with other software and technologies
  • Create seamless customer experiences
  • Implement software engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers on the team
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
