
Intermediary Sales Consultant (B/D & DCIO) Multiple Locations

- Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries in the Broker/Dealer and DCIO teams.
- Utilize exceptional sales skills to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position T. Rowe Price's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and provide excellent customer service to intermediaries.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to intermediaries, showcasing the features and benefits of T. Rowe Price's products and services.
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the financial industry to expand T. Rowe Price's reach and reputation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales techniques, processes, and strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
- Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Represent T. Rowe Price at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Intermediary Sales, Specifically With Broker/Dealers And Defined Contribution Investment Only Clients.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Specifically Mutual Funds And Retirement Plans.
Ability To Travel Frequently To Multiple Locations To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
