- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for the US intermediary and institutional markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technology solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance our offerings to clients.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, and develop technology solutions to support their goals.
- Oversee the budget and resources for technology projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and privacy laws in regards to technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Technology Leadership Roles Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Us Intermediary And Institutional Technology Needs And Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
