
Head of Risk Enablement
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join the Risk Enablement team at T. Rowe Price as our new Head of Risk Enablement. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving innovative solutions to maximize risk-related outcomes. The Head of Risk Enablement will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the risk enablement program, including developing and implementing risk strategies, policies, and initiatives. He or she will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, as well as advising and collaborating with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure that T. Rowe Price’s risk management objectives are met. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least five years of experience in risk management within a financial services environment, and a track record of successfully managing the implementation of risk strategies across the organization. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment, and the ability to identify and assess risks and develop effective solutions. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the risk enablement program, including developing and implementing risk strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Advise and collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure that T. Rowe Price’s risk management objectives are met.
- Identify and assess risks and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management systems and processes.
- Keep abreast of the regulatory environment and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement risk education and training programs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that risk management objectives are met.
- Provide risk management advice and support to the business.
- Prepare risk management reports and presentations.
