  1. Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of media planners and strategists to drive successful integrated media campaigns.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key target audiences and market trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve media strategies.
  6. Manage media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  8. Oversee the negotiation and management of media partnerships and vendor relationships.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners to stay ahead of industry trends and secure advantageous deals.
  10. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  11. Stay informed of and comply with all industry regulations and guidelines.
  12. Contribute to the development of the company's overall marketing and branding strategy.
  13. Present media plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the media planning and strategy function.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed of industry developments.
