- Develop and maintain the enterprise application architecture strategy and vision for T. Rowe Price, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead a team of enterprise architects and provide guidance and direction in the development and implementation of application architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Create and maintain application architecture standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of applications.
- Manage the application portfolio and make recommendations for rationalization and modernization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay informed about new products and technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to ensure that the organization's technology investments align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology roadmaps.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of application architecture projects.
- Monitor and manage application architecture budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain documentation for application architecture, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines.
- Communicate and present complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Strong Focus On Applications. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Technologies And Platforms, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Application Architectures.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Head Enterprise Architect, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Architects And Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Organization. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Leading Successful Projects And Teams, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others To Achieve Their Goals.
