Director of Knowledge Management

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our knowledge management strategy and overseeing our knowledge management systems and processes. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information systems, or a related field• Proven success in developing and executing knowledge management strategies• Knowledge of knowledge management software, systems, and processes• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

1. Develop and execute Knowledge Management strategies and objectives.
2. Lead the design and implementation of Knowledge Management systems and processes.
3. Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
4. Provide strategic direction for the use of Knowledge Management software and systems.
5. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards related to Knowledge Management.
6. Monitor and evaluate Knowledge Management activities and metrics.
7. Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Knowledge Management initiatives.
9. Identify and resolve issues related to Knowledge Management.
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on Knowledge Management topics.
