Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead and implement full life cycle recruitment strategy for key divisions within T. Rowe Price who are experiencing business growth. Evaluate unique recruiting sources for each search. Understand business line strategy and align recruiting plans to achieve business goals, including talent pipelines, succession planning, and compensation. Proactively identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for various roles across our Corporate businesses (Legal, CFO, and HR)Develop and implement sourcing strategy, generate candidate leads and flawlessly execute full life cycle recruitment with a focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience. Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices.

Job Qualifications
