  1. Oversee the delivery of cloud services and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve and innovate our cloud services.
  3. Lead a team of service delivery personnel and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or roadblocks in service delivery.
  5. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to inform service delivery strategies.
  9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance our service offerings.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for service delivery operations and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
  11. Train and onboard new team members to ensure a high level of expertise and consistency in service delivery.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any escalated service delivery issues.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for professional development.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Cloud Services: A Senior Service Delivery Manager At Sysco Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Cloud Services, Including Software As A Service (Saas), Infrastructure As A Service (Iaas), And Platform As A Service (Paas).

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technologies, Including Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Security, And Disaster Recovery. They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Multiple Cloud Service Providers.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: A Senior Service Delivery Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Cloud Projects On Time And Within Budget. They Should Be Able To Effectively Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholder Expectations.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management. They Should Be Able To Provide Direction And Guidance To The Team And Foster A Collaborative And High-Performing Work Culture.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Clients And Vendors.
