Security Operations Center Analyst

Sysco is looking for an experienced and motivated Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our growing IT security team. We are looking for an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.The SOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and analyzing security incidents, analyzing security data for patterns and trends, researching and providing recommendations to the security team, and creating reports and briefings. This position requires strong technical skills and an understanding of the cyber security landscape. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a wide variety of security tools and technologies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field• 3+ years of experience in a security operations center or related role• Experience with SIEM technologies, security information and event management (SIEM)• Knowledge of cyber threats and attack vectors• Understanding of security frameworks and best practices• Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing requirementsWe offer competitive salaries and benefits, and an opportunity to work in an exciting and growing industry.
